Lifehacker.com is one of my favorite blogs. It tells me all about the latest free software that is amazing. Just looking at the descriptions of the articles enthralls me. Well if you haven't heard of lifehacker, it is a blog that focuses upon computers and various things pertaining to them. All in all, you should just check them out!

The White Headphones of Hell

The Ipod headphones officially are horrible! After one year of light use they broke and will not work. All my friends that have Ipods have said the same thing. So when I went to look for a replacement set of Ipod headphones I saw that they were ridiculously high priced. So I just looked for a different set. The moment I tried them on with my Ipod I loved the sound. Therefore, I would advise you to just buy different headphones and wait for your original Ipod headphones till they die.

Global test market

If you have never heard of Global test market, it is a survey company that pays you to take their surveys. I will tell you that they are a well know and reputed survey company and they really do pay. If you take surveys for 2-3 months with global test market, you are sure to earn 1000 points which equals 50 dollars. They even give you 5 points if you don't qualify for a survey, and if you do finish a survey you can get between 50-200 points depending upon the survey. If you have extra time or simply want to try it out I encourage it. It can't hurt to try.

Recently, I've been watching South Park a lot and was wondering where I could watch south park, and I found out that if you just type in "watch south park" in google you will get sites for it. One of my favorite is southparkzone. Check it out!

How to get indexed in Search Engines

Well if you don't know already, this is my second blog, because my first one fell into chaos. As I was working on my first blog I was always curious on how to get indexed into search engines fast, so I did sum research and came up with some steps.

1. Links

Getting links is key to becoming indexed in a search engine. Without links the process can take many months!

2. Tackling Google

Google is an amazing search engine to say the least, but it can take very long to get indexed into Google. If you use blogger it is fairly quicker, but not by much. To speed up this process you should sign up for google webmaster tools. These tools will help get you site indexed almost instantaneously!

3. Takling Yahoo

Yahoo is also another amazing search engine. To get indexed in Yahoo quickly, you should sign up for a My Yahoo account and submit you Rss feed when you create a new page. After doing this you should see your site in Yahoo's index with in a week!

4. Improving

Well if you have followed my steps, you are well on your way to internet success! There is always room for improvement though. You should submit your blog to directories and rss feed directories. DMOZ is the largest free directory I know of.

How to remove that logo from behind your Cell Phone

Have you ever gotten sick of that logo that is on the back of your phone, or do you just want do customize your phone your way. To do this all you need is a couple sugar cubes and some finger strength. All you do is rub the sugar cube against the logo on the back and it should come off. This should work with salt too or just regular ground sugar. It is the easiest with sugar cubes though. Have fun!

Ode To Firefox

If you have never heard of Firefox, it is the equivalent of Internet Explorer only 100x better! I love Firefox and I have been using it for 2 years. I have yet to find a virus on my system while using Firefox! I can't say that about internet explorer. The main reason I love Firefox is because it is customizable. Currently, I have the Alexa toolbar, a video down loader and a weather bar all on the bottom of my screen. Although they might not be necessary, It is still great. So if you haven't switched to Firefox yet I suggest you do and start to enjoy your virus-free and customizable Internet experience!

South Park

To me South Park is an amazing show that any adolescent and adult can relate to. Its script is amazing and hilarious. I can watch any episode and laugh my head off! If you have never seen it, South Park is about kids in elementary school who do the craziest things. My favorite character is Eric Cartman, because he is just lies so much and creates the most elaborate schemes. If you've never seen it, South Park is on every night on Comedy Central.

Random Facts

Have you ever wanted to know random friends and awe your friends. Well today I came upon a site and it has a bunch of random facts. Some might even make your day. The site is www.randomfacts.org. I was astounded about how the facts were so random yet interesting. I literally spent an hour looking at this one website. You will be astounded too!

Bears Win!

Tonight I was watching my favorite football team: the Chicago Bears. Since I was born and raised in Chicago, I love all the Chicago sports teams (except the white sox, I'm a cubs fan). I was saddened by the Bears' current record before, but now I am optimistic. The Bears rallied together and scored 14 points in the 4th quarter in 5 min to tie it, and won the game in overtime 37-34. Several times I think my heart stopped. It was a great game, and I hope other Bears fans see the playoffs in sight!

Kipkay

If you have never heard of Kipkay you are truly missing out. Kipkay is a mastermind when it comes to building things from spare parts and he posts his videos on metacafe. He shows you how to super chill soft drinks and even make a laser flashlight that burns things. I personally think that you should check out his videos. The flashlight one is below.

What is Facebook?

Facebook is an online place where anyone can add and talk to their friends. Unlike Myspace, Facebook is a much safer environment, because you can't look at anyone's profile unless you add them to you friend list. Also, Facebook lets you customize your profile with different 3rd party applications such as a Fun wall and Where Have You Been? Besides all of that, Facebook is fun. I truly believe Facebook will the be the future of interacting with your friends online.

Rush Hour 3

About a month ago, I saw Rush Hour 3, and wasn't let down. Usually the 3rd movie in a trilogy never lives up to the hype, but I have gotta tell you, Rush Hour 3 was pretty good. It had some good jokes and did have some great action sequences. However it was a bit slow to my taste and the viewer could easily know what would happen next. Overall, it was a great movie, and I would give it a 8 out of 10. In my opinion, you should go see it if you haven't.

Survey Savvy

Survey Savvy is a great online paid survey site that actually pays well, from 2-20 dollars per survey, and has a great referral program. Personally, I think the surveys aren't very long and there is good compensation for time spent. A 2 dollar survey usually takes 10 minutes or less. Ezine Blog

One cool blog that I came upon was the Ezine Blog. This blog contains everything from entertainment to politics. Most importantly, their articles are interesting and fun to read! Also, they are offering a free link from their blog to help smaller blogs generate traffic. If you haven't visited the Ezine Blog yet, I suggest doing it now!

The Office

If you want a good show to watch check out The Office on NBC. Personally, I think The Office is a hilarious show full of random events and many laughs. If you haven't seen the first three seasons, I suggest you watch them before you watch the current season. If you don't, you won't appreciate The Office fully. The Office is on Thursdays at 8c/9. Tune in to find the best comedy around!

Hi everybody. I have recently tried Online Paid Surveys, and they aren't really a scam. I recieved a ten dollar check for about taking an hour's worth of surveys over a couple months. Now this will not be a huge source of income, but something extra to save up for whenever. During the next weeks I will post various links to free companies that actually pay you. Remember, if you have to pay to join a company it is a scam!

The Godfather

The Godfather is possibly one of the best movies I have ever seen, because it is a brilliant story and is marvelously made. I don't think there has ever been a movie that has even come close to the greatness of The Godfather. It should be a sin not to see the movie! If you haven't, The Godfather is a movie about mobs and the power struggle that takes place. I'm sorry I'm vague, but I'm trying not to reveal any details. Anyway, you need to watch it if you haven't. While you're at it, you should watch the second one too. It is equally good.

Scrubs

One of my favorite TV shows is Scrubs. TO me, Scrubs is such an amazing show. It is funny, innovative, and pretty much everything I want in a comedy. It wide array of humor will let everyone enjoy it. The main character JD often has random day dreams that are hilarious, but require some prior knowledge about the show so I would advise you to pick up the show from the beginning. You can thank me later once you love it!

How to kill time on an airplane?

I admit it, I am always bored on airplanes, especially long international flights with horrible movies. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. On shorter flights, I usually look through the sky mall magazines, and this usually wastes an hour or so. Then I usually carry around some cards and play solitare, and this lasts me the rest of the 2 hour flight. On international flights I usually have my laptop, and I can watch videos for 2 hours, but what to do with the rest of the time. I find the best solution is to sleep. If you can't sleep try to lay as still as possible and almost make a game out of it. This usually puts me to sleep and leaves me refreshed when the plane lands!

Sim City 4

Sim City 4 is one of my favorite computer games, because it is so simple in terms of game play, yet addicting. Basically it is a simulation game where you build a city from scratch. You pretty much control the city. The objective of the game is to create a successful and prosperous city while balancing a budget. This game will not disappoint you. My only warning is that it is awfully addicting, so make sure you have ti9me to play before you start. Other than that Sim City 4 is amazing!

Jay-Z and Linkin Park

Most of my favorite songs were made by Jay-Z and Linkin Park in the album Collision course. It is a fusion of rock and hip/hop. It blew me away when I first heard it, it is just that original. All the songs are equally good, but numb/encore sticks out the most in my mind. Just listen to it once, and you will love it! I have several other great songs, but I'll save those for other posts!

Watch TV for Free

Have you ever wanted to just watch TV on you computer. Well now you can! You can watch many episodes of numerous shows. All you have to do is go to the network's website on which the show is broadcast, and just find the full episode player. I know for a fact that you can do this on the USA, ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox Websites. Watching TV online lets me multi task, and get work done quicker. Go ahead and try it out.

I'm Back

I'm Back. Unfortunately, I am still Jet Lagged (I traveled outside the US) So once my biological clock is back to normal I will blog again! In case any of you were wondering, my trip was great and all my stress was released, so I am ready for anything!

Even now, I still enjoy playing flash games online. A great site I found was addictinggames.com. It has tons of free flash games that remind me of my childhood. It is amazing for stress relief, because they have great shooting games. Check it out!

Great Music

Well, over the last day I was watching one of my favorite TV shows: Scrubs. At the end of the episode, a song I heard caught my ear. So I typed in a few lyrics I heard and it was called Easier to Lie by Aqualung. In my opinion this song is amazing! I had never heard this group before, and I urge people to listen to the song. It is deep and enthralling. Just type in the name in You Tube and you'll be able to listen to it. Happy listening!

Classical Music Helps?

This might seem out of the ordinary, but the other day I was doing some work and listening to classical music. It is usually not my taste, but I figured, why not. As I was listening I seemed to write down words in the tempo of the piece which I found odd, but the music helped me focus. Granted, this will not help some people focus, but I can be distracted easily, and listening to classical music worked for me. Give it a shot, it might increase your productivity.

Stress Relief

In the past years, I have found the best way to blow steam off is to exercise. You probably know that exercising releases endrophins, or chemicals in our mind that makes us feel happy (chocolate also contains these chemicals). Anyway, exercising makes me happier and more relaxed and eventually more focused. Not only does it blow off some steam, it keeps me in shape. If you don't have time to exercise try to take your mind off of your stressful situation with something completely random. If you know of any other techniques please post a comment.

The Simpler Times

Do you still remember the days when you were a kid? I have asked several of my colleagues that, and they just gave me a funny look. I am being very serious though. When I was a kid I remembered being the most outspoken person in my school, and nothing seemed to ever go wrong. As a kid you are oblivous to wars, money issues and even deeper emotions. If only we could remain as innocent as a kid... Life would be very, very different!
