Stress Relief

In the past years, I have found the best way to blow steam off is to exercise. You probably know that exercising releases endrophins, or chemicals in our mind that makes us feel happy (chocolate also contains these chemicals). Anyway, exercising makes me happier and more relaxed and eventually more focused. Not only does it blow off some steam, it keeps me in shape. If you don't have time to exercise try to take your mind off of your stressful situation with something completely random. If you know of any other techniques please post a comment.
